The diverse and unique community that is Edgemont Ranch includes seven Sub-Associations in addition to the Master Association Edgemont Ranch Unit 1Property Owners Association (EPOA). The Sub-Associations for each of the unique enclaves have separate Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (under the umbrella of the Master Association) and Bylaws. This allows for more specialized governance according to the enclave needs. Each Sub-Association may have Annual and Special Assessments in addition to the EPOA and the Edgemont Ranch Metropolitan District.
