The EPOA annual fee is $393.00 for the calendar year. Residents are billed mid-January and the fee is due by March 1st each year . The fees pay for maintenance of the open spaces, fire mitigation, part-time staff, trail system upkeep, tennis court, children's playground equipment, stocking the Florida River with trout, EPOA annual picnic, adult and children's parties.

EPOA Design Review BoardThe Design Review Board meets at 5972 CR 234, Durango (EPOA Office) to review house and landscape plans. Call the office to set up an appointment to review proposed home building plans, additions, and landscaping plans.
