The EPOA annual fee is $393.00 for the calendar year. Residents are billed mid-January and the fee is due by March 1st each year . The fees pay for maintenance of the open spaces, fire mitigation, part-time staff, trail system upkeep, tennis court, children's playground equipment, stocking the Florida River with trout, EPOA annual picnic, adult and children's parties.
The Design Review Board meets at 5972 CR 234, Durango (EPOA Office) to review house and landscape plans. Call the office to set up an appointment to review proposed home building plans, additions, and landscaping plans. You may email your plans to: epoa@edgemontranch-epoa.com which will be forwarded to the Design Review Board for review.

Please review the items below. As a new Edgemont Ranch property owner, these links will cover topics of interest to you. (You should have received your current Edgemont Directory, Information for the database form, 2 Edgemont Ranch passes and the trail map in the mail.) Note the forms for you to fill out and return - "Information for the database form". If you are renting your property it is important for you to fill out the "EPOA tenant-renter contact information form", and the "ERMD landlord payment obligation form" and return them to the office.
